Our Story

   

    Do you or a family member have bed bugs? If the answer is yes then I know exactly how you feel! The same thing happened to my grandmother and I. My grandmother called me one day and said she had some red bumps and they were itchy. She also said she noticed a few weird looking bugs. So, I rushed over to check it out and make sure it isn’t anything serious. When I got there I asked her where she found the bug and what it looked like. She said she noticed black spots around the bed.     

    So, I started investigating. I looked around the bed took off all the sheets and flipped the mattress and box spring. There were bugs everywhere. On the box spring, on the mattress, behind the night table, it was horrible! I collected a few and hit the Internet! Soon I found out they were bedbugs and that there was very little I could do. It was serious.

   

    Panicked and embarrassed I started calling company after company, getting quotes, asking questions, and getting lead times. None of which were in my favour. Quotes were high, questions were poorly answered, and lead times… well they were long. About two weeks before anyone could come look at our problem!

   

    Finally after two weeks I got somebody to come down. My grandmother and I were happy but we were even more embarrassed when they showed up in a vehicle labelled with bedbugs and pest control. That vehicle told the whole neighbourhood our embarrassing bedbug problem. Oh well. A quick inspection, followed with a quick spray, and a big bill, they came and they went. Three sprays later that took over a month and a half to do, the bugs were finally gone. After that unpleasant experience I thought to myself there has to be a company out there that cares just as much as we do. There has to be a company that wants to solve the Bedbug problem in Winnipeg.

   

    That unpleasant event marked the day when Pronto Pest Control was born. From that date on, I made it my mission to provide quality service and the best Bedbug removal packages in the pest control industry. I don’t want anyone to go through what my family and I went through.
